My stepdad passed away last night. He rallied the night before enough to have a crab cake for dinner. :-) That seems perfect. He was an amazing grandpa to my son.

Blogging has been very, very good to me. I have met a wonderful group of likeminded folks, who want to improve their health and fitness. And maybe wear smaller jeans to boot!

I am so sorry about your loss. I know how sad it is to lose a parent. My dad died in 2011 and I miss him still. Take time for you.
