Well, last night was an epic fail. I got to a point during the day (with work), that I just figuratively threw up my hands and threw in the towel.
Today is a new day to make good choices.

Blogging has been very, very good to me. I have met a wonderful group of likeminded folks, who want to improve their health and fitness. And maybe wear smaller jeans to boot!
