My son's best friend passed away Friday afternoon after a hard fought battle with cancer. He is gone far too soon.

Why blog?
Blogging has been very, very good to me. I have met a wonderful group of likeminded folks, who want to improve their health and fitness. And maybe wear smaller jeans to boot!

I am so very sorry. Cancer just plain sucks!! Both my parents died from it & just last month a very sweet co worker died from ovarian cancer. She was diagnosed in late November. Only 44 years old. I wish cancer would simply go away.
So sorry for you all. Nothing can prepare you even when you know it's coming. So sad.
