I haven't abandoned this blog, its just that between work, life, the house, etc. I don't have a lot of brain left over. I'm ok and will be back to posting more frequently soon!

Why blog?
Blogging has been very, very good to me. I have met a wonderful group of likeminded folks, who want to improve their health and fitness. And maybe wear smaller jeans to boot!
