Surprisingly okay

Things aren't bad. Still kinda weird. Actually tracking my steps and working on my eating. Things are a lot better since T moved to the guest room. Not sure what the future holds, but I'm doing alright.

I have a brother-in-law who had a slow motion end to his marriage. The one thing he did, which turned out to be super important later, was file for legal separation immediately. This put an end date to separating their finances. It protected him.

I was going to advise the same thing. Once it is on record that you're separated you will no longer be responsible for 50% of all liabilities going forward. If hubby racks up a large credit card bill you will be responsible. My friend got bagged pretty bad.it took years for her to pay off those bills.

I'm happy to hear you are in a good place with it and getting in some self-care, whatever that looks like.

I'm happy to hear that you are doing ok. I am thinking what the two above posted might be a good idea to research. Onward one step at a time.
