TGIF

Net, I'm still up 2.4 poounds, but headed in the right direction. Things at work remain busy and there's gobs to do before vacation, and we're seeing about a new roof - pricing shingles etc. since my BIL will most likely be doing it for us.

It's been raining like crazy here so not much outside walking - we got 7-8 inches of rain one night and some major flooding. And tornado warnings/watches. But I can still swing my kettlebell, so no excuses! :-)
