Nice weekend

I had lunch with a friend Sunday - the kind of thing I never seem to find time for. It was so nice! Sometimes I get so caught up in all the stuff I'm doing, I forget to connect with other people....

The boy has his leaner's permit! That was a big deal for him.

I am avoiding the scale - right now I feel like there is nothing I can do to change my weight, which is a crummy way to feel.
