Still haven't heard from the last interview. Not insane yet, but getting close.
House sale seems to be progressing - the attorney emailed asking for a bunch of crap, so it seems like they are on the ball.
No word from my tenant, no February rent. :-(

UGH... we went through buying a house and it was insane! I felt like if they called one more time for something I would go nuts! I don't think I will ever buy/sell anything again in my life pertaining to a house....
