Boringsville

Not too terribly much to say. Our workout was great last night, but then we came home to a cold, raw soup because the crock pot died. :-( We grabbed a bite out and I bought a new one first thing this morning. I use my crock pot all the time, so that was a necessity!

I'm losing about a pound a week. I know that's a good speed, but given that I have 20-ish to go it feels like it will take forever. I know that's not true, and I know that I'll never really be "done" in the sense that if I want to stay at a healthy weight and fitness level, there always needs to be new challenges.

Next week I am going to have the trainer do my measurements again - I haven't had them done in a couple of months and I'm curious to see how that's progressing.

Take care.

I enjoy following your progress. You are doing everything right. Remember this is not a race. So what if it takes 20 weeks or a year! Time will go by regardless, and you are changing your life so that the changes are permanent. One day at a time!

Very true! And as I get closer to goal, the "benefits" of losing the pounds diminish as well, which is why I want to also focus on things like strength goals, activities, etc. Thanks for commenting!
