Mike Roussell - The 6 Pillars of Nutrition
1. Eat five to six times a day.
2. Limit your consumption of sugars and processed foods.
3. Eat fruits and vegetables throughout the day.
4. Drink more water and cut out calorie-containing beverages (beer, soda, etc.).
5. Focus on consuming lean proteins throughout the day.
6. Save starch containing foods until after a workout or for breakfast.
For the curious, these are the nutrition principles I am following (other than 4 free meals per week).

This is pretty much the eating routine that I follow. I don't quite adhere to points 5 & 6. I tend to try to cut back on protein on days I don't run and and don't pay much attention to point 6, although it kind of works out that way anyway.
You are a posting fool. I'm trying to catch up. Your letter to Angela relates to something running partner #1 was going through. She couldn't lose weight, put on 15lbs and was miserable. Now she works out every day and her diet....very small portions. Eats off a saucer or salad dish. Me I couldn't survive it, but she says it's easy (after a week on it)and so far she's lost 12 lbs. (obviously not in a week) She says this is all that will work for her and I believe it.
PS I hate your word verification it's always so hard...qolonsms (huh)
