Since I love to read fellow bloggers (and blog myself), I thought this pic was pretty funny.

On a more somber note: A friend of our passed away this morning - she had been fighting breast cancer for quite some time. So really going on about my workout at the gym or what the scale said just feels a bit pointless right this moment, if you know what I mean.
