Iced in

Well, it started snowing fast and hard yesterday around 2:30. I planned ahead & got to work at butt crack (6:40) so I could leave, stop by the grocery, and come home. We didn't get a lot of snow - maybe a couple of inches. But then we started getting that southern staple - ice.

So now I am working from home. The boy, a friend from down the street, hub, my mom, and 7 dogs are piled in our house. Mom took the ornaments off the tree yesterday. Today I hope to get the decorations packed up and ready to be put away in the garage.

It's fun - a little like a holiday but without the pressure.
