Touching base

I'm packing to head to Georgia in the morning.  I'm taking my computer with me and plan to post while I'm there.

It's been a yucko week here - just like most of the rest of the country.  I've been sitting around at home since the roads are icy after dark, half heartedly doing exercise videos and half heartedly staying out of the kitchen, for the lose.

Goals for next week: stay away from sugar & flour, go to the gym (at least twice), track food, get on scale.

After that, I need to work on a plan for building gratitude.

Have a good evening! :-)

Thanks for commenting! I'm not sure how to reply to individual comments, so let me say:

Thanks Sean! Yes, I think gratitude is a key component to success in life!

Gwen: Thanks - having a wonderful visit with my great aunt!

Lowcarb - thank you. I wanted something to get me on track yet felt doable.
